This week's assembly theme is 'Your turn to ask the Questions!' Today it's Sports ReliefTo raise money for sports relief the children have been asked to donate a pound to dress up as a famous sports star. They can also decorate biscuits for 20p each at break time.

| What a brilliant time we had at High School Musical 2 the other evening, I hope if your child went they enjoyed themselves as much as the staff did. Some dancing in the aisles added to the fun.
The current themes are proving very popular with all of the children. The Lower School have been reading me some brilliant thank you letters they wrote me after visiting the below ground air raid shelter I have in my garden – some of these will appear on this website. The Upper School have been dressing as Victorian children and enjoying the chance to learn more about life in Victorian times. I love watching the children enjoying their school learning! We have some exciting times ahead, there is a whole school trip to the London Zoo planned for May and our first every residential trip to Paris and Euro Disney, I recently undertook the risk assessment for this and am sure those who are going will LOVE it. The Lower School have their overnight stay at a castle after the spring break along with other exhilarating activities ahead. Thank you to all those of you who came to the child/parent/teacher conferences recently, I do hope you found the chance to talk about your child’s learning progress helpful. Please remember you are most welcome to come and talk with your child’s class teacher at any time, we all try and be on the playground for a quick chat at the end of each day.Mrs Knight Staff Team of 2009/10
